Gladwyne Software Surety Announces Key Management Appointments
New Vice Presidents Named at IT Risk
Management Company

2001 Gladwyne Software Surety, a provider of objective risk management
services that enable financial executives to insure IT investments,
today announced the appointment of two key professionals to its senior
management team, including Vice President, Risk Management Services,
Howard Fair, former Associate Partner at Andersen Consulting, and Vice
President, Operations, Mark Moser, previously Answerthink's Commerce
Applications Practice Leader.

of experience in IT-related business and project development, implementation
and management that will strengthen our infrastructure while supporting

Gladwyne is strengthening its advanced
risk management and business leadership team with the addition of:
Vice President, Risk Management
Services, Howard Fair: Joining Gladwyne with more than twenty years
of consulting and industry experience, Howard Fair is responsible for
overseeing the overall delivery of the Risk Management program for clients
implementing packaged software. His highlighted skills include industry
recognized thought leadership in estimating, planning and managing large-scale
global programs.
Previously with Broadreach Consulting,
he spearheaded the strategy development, account management and delivery
of eBusiness solutions. He also brings to Gladwyne eight years of experience
accumulated at Andersen Consulting as an Associate Partner, where Mr.
Fair managed global implementations of SAP's R/3 ERP software for leading
firms in Consumer Products, Natural Resources, Electronics and Chemical
industries.
Mr. Fair also has worked as Business
Systems Manager for Kraft Foods and Senior Consultant and Systems Analyst
for KPMG and Campbell Soup Company respectively. Mr. Fair holds a BA
in Communication Studies from Pennsylvania State University.
Vice President, Operations, Mark
Moser: Mr. Moser's is charged with leading the emerging technologies
practice area, including the management of Gladwyne's project resources.
He brings to Gladwyne more than sixteen years of IT-focused experience
primarily in business development, strategy and project management,
implementation and business process re-engineering.
His prior role as Practice Leader
for Commerce Applications at Answerthink, an eBusiness Integrator, involved
the management of P&L while leading a staff of more than 75 consultants
responsible for planning, designing and developing customer web-based
applications for various industries. Mr. Moser's customer development
projects at Answerthink directly resulted in revenues totaling $16M.
In addition to Answerthink, Mr. Moser
has also worked as a Senior Consultant and Systems Analyst respectively
for CSC Consulting and Unisys Corporation. He holds a BS in Computer
Science from Lock Haven University.
