Gladwyne Launches MyMissouriMethod®, an Automated Delivery Toolkit

IT Risk Management Company Automates its Enterprise Software Underwriting Process Process

King of Prussia, PA, June 01, 2001 - Gladwyne Software Surety, a provider of objective risk management services that insures IT investments, today announced the Beta release of MyMissouriMethod®, a web-enabled version of its proprietary approach for identifying and controlling software implementation risk.

MyMissouriMethod® was built on the core principles of Gladwyne's Missouri Method. For example, the toolkit was implemented using proven, off-the-shelf components, enabling Gladwyne to build and release its toolkit and synchronization infrastructure in just a few months.

"This event marks a giant step forward in our mission to increase the success of all software implementation projects," said Noel Albertson, Gladwyne's Vice President of Product Management. "Risks that compromise technology investments have been documented for decades. What has been missing is a practical and reliable way to control them, and to prevent immediate and often catastrophic financial loss."

About the Missouri Method
Named for the "show me" state of Missouri, The Missouri Method® is Gladwyne's proprietary approach to identifying and managing risk for package application implementation projects. The Missouri Method® identifies, assesses and controls project risks across three critical categories: People, Process, and Technology, which spans across the full project lifecycle, from sourcing to project acceptance. The Missouri Method® has been validated and continuously improved in more than 40 customer engagements.
