Chris Panaro
Managing Director, Contracts
Mr. Panaro has more than 15 years of experience in contract drafting,
negotiation, and management, with expertise in information technology
service agreements. Mr. Panaro leads Fortera's development of best practice
contracts utilized by its clients to manage and transfer the risk of
systems integration projects.
Before joining Fortera, Mr. Panaro was national practice manager for
e-Commerce at Actium, an IT systems integrator and a subsidiary of Modis
Solutions. Before Actium, Mr. Panaro worked at ICON Solutions, a custom
software development firm, where he developed the sales and marketing
strategy and managed the implementation of marketing initiatives for
the company.
Also, Mr. Panaro served as vice president of business affairs for Money
Mailer, Inc., a direct-mail marketing franchise headquartered in Southern
California. During his tenure with Money Mailer, Mr. Panaro was responsible
for domestic and international licensing, prospectus drafting, and registration
in the United States, buy/sell contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation
and arbitration management, and overall corporate business affairs.
Mr. Panaro has a BS in Law and a Juris Doctor from Western State University
in Fullerton, California.
