Mr. Fair has more than 20 years of experience working in both Consulting and Industry, with a specialty in implementing ERP software for Fortune 100 companies. A noted thought leader in the estimating, planning, and managing of large-scale, global programs, Mr. Fair's background includes working at all levels with leading systems integrators and package application software vendors.

Before joining Fortera, Mr. Fair served as Director of Business Development at Broadreach Consulting where he directed account strategy, account management and delivery of eBusiness solutions. Also, he spent eight years at Andersen Consulting as an associate partner. There he managed global implementations of SAP R/3 ERP software for leading firms in consumer products, natural resources, electronics and chemical industries.
Mr. Fair has also worked as business systems manager for Kraft Foods and was responsible for systems development and support for order management, pricing and invoicing, sales reporting, direct store delivery and financial systems. He has held positions at KPMG as a senior consultant and Campbell Soup Company as a systems analyst.

Mr. Fair holds a BA in Communication Studies from Pennsylvania State University.
